All the information you need to return your property back to us.
We know there are lots of things to organise and think about when moving out of your property, including getting your deposit back. In order to do so, it is important to leave the property in the same condition it was when you moved in. All tenants are jointly responsible for ensuring the property is returned in a good clean condition and all waste is removed; please bear this in mind if you intend to return your keys before the official vacating date. If you need a copy of your original inventory please email us and we will get this to you straight away.
Please follow our checkout checklist which will guide you in how to return the property back to us.
If you have logeed into any accounts on your smart TV such as Netflix or Prime please remember it is your responsibility to sign out before you leave.
When you leave the property, please make sure you lock your bedroom door. Return your keys to our office in an envelope with your name clearly marked. If the office is closed you can post your keys through the letter box which is located on the side of our office building. If you are returning the keys by post, please ensure they are sent by recorded delivery. The final inspection of the property cannot be conducted until all the keys have been returned.
Once all of the keys for the property have been returned and we can confirm the property is empty, we will complete the check out inspection.
It is important we have your bank details to return your deposit back to you. Click here to send us your account information.
When the checkout inspection is complete and we have your bank account details for the refund, your deposit will be with you within 10 working days of property being empty.
Most importantly please follow and use our carefully prepared checklist to ensure you have done everything you need to do to get your deposit back.
If there is anything you are unsure of, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss.
We hope you have had an enjoyable stay in your property and wish you the best for the future.
