What to do if you're locked out

Locked out of your room?

Call-out for loss of keys or to be let back into your room outside of office hours will incur a minimum charge of £40.00.

The office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, so it’s worth considering if you can wait until the office is open so you can borrow our set of keys to let yourself back in.

If you have lost your set of house keys please contact the Cloud office immediately.
