Where parking permits are required, each household is limited to a maximum of two permits which can compromise of a mixture of visitor and resident permit types. Properties with two or more people not living as one household should apply for a resident in Houses in Multiple Occupation permit.
Parking permits are applicable to all streets in the West End. They are controlled by the City of Lincoln Council. To apply for a permit click here.
The vast majority of the High Street is free on street parking, however there are some marked bays with restrictions, such as Portland Street. If you are parking in marked bay, please ensure you check the restrictions on the signage in the area.
